My story 

Hi i'm Jo  founder of The Enchanted Horse Box. I have lived all my life in Long Ashton North Somerset have moved this year to Charlcombe bay  North Somerset.  I live with my Husband Robert and three daughters Megan,Beth and Bonnie. My family are all keen to help from my Dad converting the box with all his expertise, to my youngest daughter Bonnie navigating on our deliveries to helping me on functions. Even help from my daughter’s boyfriend Hugh to set up my website.

  I have  loved every minute converting my beautiful horse box with my Dad into this lovely vintage catering kitchen/bar ready to charm any event.

 With 30 years experience from working as a hotel chef covering breakfast and evening meals to working on two long boats catering for wedding and private parties.  Buffets delivered to different functions then lastly a school head chef and kitchen manager.

 Now proud to follow my dreams and start my own small business where i can put all my past experience, qualifications and passion into what i have always wanted to do. Whether it is catering a function using Ella the horse box, home delivery or catering delivered to your event. I am ready to enjoy bringing the vintage touch to your events.
